Welcome to Cuban Eddies

Why Did I Open Cuban Eddies?  
   In 1957 my parents came to America from Cuba.  Like any good Cuban parents they taught me two things. First nothing replaces hard work.  And second nothing replaces good Cuban home cooking.  After a long days work my mother would come home and cook me dinner every night.  It was something I've respected about my mother my whole life.  So at the age of 41 I took those values to heart and opened up my first restaurant in 2006.  Its just something I've always wanted to do.
    Since then I've taken my mother's recipes and cooked them for you like I would with my own family.  So please sit down with us and enjoy some home made Cuban food!
